Amy leads SolUnesco’s talent acquisition initiatives, working closely with the team in the development of people strategy, aligning top talent to support our business growth. She also drives people-related programs such as internships, policy, procedure, retention strategy, resource management, TA related tools/vender management, and special projects.
Amy has over 25 years of Talent Acquisition, HR, Management, and Consulting experience. She has served as Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Internal Mobility for multiple large corporations to include GDIT, Leidos, Unisys, ManTech, and EMC. In addition, she holds certifications in Strategic Workforce Planning, Senior Professional in Human Resources, and Six Sigma.
Amy holds an M.A. in Organizational Development and a B.S. Business Technology with a focus in Human Resources. Amy is an active member of SHRM and stays active in her community supporting local charities such as the Special Olympics, Down Syndrome Association, and the Breast Cancer Foundation.
