Lea Maamari
Research Sr. Associate
Lea leads research and analysis in support of SolUnesco’s project development. She executes research assignments and develops reports, while maintaining data on county ordinances and solar project permit provisions. Her wide range of research expertise—policy and permitting research, urban planning, sustainability, environmental problem-solving—is an important asset to SolUnesco’s overall business development and site origination.
Lea holds a B.S. in Environmental Policy and Planning from Virginia Tech. In her free time, Lea enjoys yelling at the TV during football and basketball season to make sure the Hokies are winning.
