- Leatherwood Solar is 20 MW-AC solar power plant operating in Henry County, Virginia, interconnected to APCo’s grid through an existing distribution line and owned by Energix Renewables.
- SolUnesco originated Leatherwood, securing land rights in 2016 and establishing an interconnection application with PJM and APCo
- SolUnesco collaborated with Sol Systems to complete the interconnection and DEQ PBR processes.
- Construction of Leatherwood Solar was completed in 2021 by the current owner, Energix Renewables.
