Randolph Solar
- Randolph Solar is a 500 MW-AC photovoltaic solar power plant proposed in Charlotte County, Virginia.
- SolUnesco is the owner of the project and provides day-to-day project development including site diligence, local and state permitting, design and engineering, management of the interconnection process, commercial offtake, landowner relations, and community relations
- Randolph solar will interconnect to the Dominion 500 kV transmission system that originates at the Clover power station. Randolph will provide power to the wholesale electricity grid.
- PJM has completed the Feasibility Study and the System Impact Study will commence September 2020.
- SolUnesco will apply to Charlotte County for a Conditional Use permit as defined by the county’s ordinance for Solar Energy Systems (Sec. 10-23).
